В канун Нового года неисправимый романтик по духу и поэт по призванию Сурен решил уединиться на дедовской даче.
К своему изумлению, в старом доме, где прошло его детство, он застает чужих людей- девушку Машу и старика-ветерана с Дальнего Востока.
Они оба купили одну и ту же дачу, не подозревая, что стали жертвами мошенников.
Как разрешится столь не простая ситуация, какие симпатии и привязанности возникнут у героев этой новогодней сказки, предстоит узнать зрителям.
